With society moving towards a greener lifestyle, Supreme Skips are always looking for new ways to ensure we recycle a large percentage of the rubbish collected. Clean fill or hard fill rubbish are redirected to recycling facilities to be recycled into hard rubble for laying roads. Green waste skip bins are being redirected to landscaping facilities to be turned into mulch. Non ferrous steel is also recycled.
You can play a part too! Knowing what is in the bin helps us in the sorting and recycling process, so please choose the right bin for the rubbish you wish removed; it’s in everyone’s best interest.
Yes you can on two skip bin types only – ‘General Waste’ and ‘General Waste’ skip bins, but ONLY IF they are placed on top of the other rubbish and they do not protrude past the top of the bin. There will be an extra fee of $25 for each of these items. Please refer to the rubbish types page for details.
Supreme Skips are operational six (6) days a week and can deliver skip bins to you on Saturday (8:00am till 12:00pm). Delivery and collection on Sundays is only at peak periods such as leading up to Christmas and Easter. Please book your weekend deliveries with good advance notice to avoid disappointment.
‘Supreme Skips’ offers skip bins in 5 sizes; depending on the rubbish type and suburb location.
You can order 2m³, 3m³, 4m³, 6m³ and 9m³ skip bins, depending on the amount of rubbish you need removed. Read more about skip bin sizes available.
To estimate the size of skip bin you need, work out your volume like this:
Length x Width x Height
= 1.8m x 1.6m x 1.3m
= approximately 3.7m
Choose a 4 cubic metre bin
To be guaranteed a skip bin on the day you require it, we recommend that you place a booking at least one day prior to delivery. In some circumstances we can do same day delivery if called before 10am, but we can not guarantee this.
You can book a skip bin online, with a credit card, or
you can also phone us during office hours on 0417 813 532 and we can take your credit card payment over the phone.
“Supreme Skips” offers two ways to pay for our service. Payment is required before delivery if you are paying by credit card, or at the time of delivery if you are paying with cash. We accept Visa & Mastercard payments online when you order your bin.
Please Note: Credit card payments can not be made to the driver on delivery of the bin as we do not have merchant facilities available in the trucks.
All of our skip bins must not be filled over the rim of the bin. This is due to ‘Occupational Health & Safety’ legislation that requires full skip bins to be covered while in transit.
NO! Once placed, the bin cannot be moved, if moved when it is empty once filled you will not be able to move it back and the truck may not be able to get to it to pick it up again. Any damaged done to the bin or property will be paid for by the hirer.
There is no weight limit. Please make sure you only include items allowed for the skip you have ordered.
If items are included in the skip type you ordered that are not allowed, you will be charged an extra:
- $75 per 2m³ skip,
- $90 per 3m³ skip,
- $120 per 4m³ skip,
- $200 per 6m³ skip,
- $300 per 9m³ skip.
if we take the skip away. You may be asked to remove offending items, before we take the skip away.
If a skip bin is filled over the rim of the bin and we are unable to cover the contents securely, it is illegal to transport, and therefore can not be removed. In some cases the driver will remove the contents on the top of the bin and leave them next to the skip, and then remove the bin.
If the driver is unable to remove the overloaded material, the driver will contact the client and give them the opportunity to order another skip to place the overloaded items into.
A client can request where they would like the bin to be placed, however the final placement is at the driver’s discretion, due to safety considerations. Skip bins can be placed anywhere on your property as long as the area is accessible for the truck. These areas include driveways, front gardens, backyards, over low fences etc.
Skip bins can not be placed on council property; roads, footpaths and medium strips without council approval.
A copy of the council approval document will need to be sent via fax or email to Supreme Skips prior to the skip bin being delivered.
These items CAN NOT be Included in ANY Skips
food scraps, chemicals or poisons, liquids including wet paint and oil, explosive materials, or uncontained fine dusty substances including asbestos.
Please refer to our rubbish types page for more detailed information.

We can not specify times. We endeavor to get the skip to you on the day you ordered it ASAP; it depends on the drivers ‘run’ and traffic conditions. The same goes for picking the skip up.
Please do NOT call us asking for times, they can NOT be given.
